Hi! I'm Hedi, women’s health and pediatric physiotherapist and a mom of two. I have worked as a physiotherapist for over 10 years and have a wide range of experience including working as a specialist physiotherapist for NHS England. After having my little ones I felt that there is so much information about the do’s and don'ts around exercising during pregnancy, returning to exercises post birth and on top of that how to support your babies development in the first year of life. Even as an experienced physiotherapist it felt overwhelming. By using my clinical knowledge and experience as a mom of two I'm here to help make sense of it all.
